On Monday, the 8th of August, Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe (A.K.A Kizz Daniel) was seen being led by the Tanzanian police to their vehicle. This happened not long after fans took to their social media platforms to show their displeasure over his failure to perform at a show he was booked for in the country. The promoter of the show, Steven Uwa claimed that he got the Buga crooner arrested because his absence from the show was due to flimsy excuses.
Steven Uwa explained that the Ogun State-born Nigerian singer couldn’t perform because the airline he flew didn’t bring all his luggage, particularly the gold chain he intended to use on stage and despite the fact that an alternative was provided, he still insisted on not performing.
Yesterday, the 9th of August, Kizz Daniel had a conversation with a Tanzanian media, Bongo Five in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He gave a full account of why he was absent from the show and apologized to his fans.
