Nigeria isn’t said to be the “giant of Africa” for nothing, this was made evident when Marvel studios decided to bring the premiere of the Black panther 2 movie to Nigeria. Since the trailer of the movie was released with our own diva, Tems singing the soundtrack, we have all been anticipating the release of the move – with the set date being November 11, 2022.
The World premiere of the movie was held in Los Angeles on Wednesday October 26, 2022 while the African premiere was held in Lagos on Sunday November 6, 2022 with the lead actress—Leticia Wright, who is replacing the late Chadwick Boseman—in attendance alongside other cast of the movie, as well as some of Nigeria’s finest celebrities. The theme of the premiere was “Afrofusion” and your faves showed up and ate their looks, leaving no crumbs.
